How can i find out how much i weighed at birth?

I was born at 24 weeks and i just want to find out for sure. I have been told different stories and different measurements, weights, etc. How can i find out for sure? I was born 11/21/1990 in Sacramento, California. Don't know which hospital, the doctors name, how long i was in NICU..
