Sad but true, and when can I try again??

like it says, sad but true. I was 7 months pregnant and diagnosed with preeclampsia and high blood pressure that wouldn't go down. The baby was doing great but i was pretty sick. My doc sent me into the hospital and things were going okay only my blood pressure wouldn't get any better. My placenta started coming apart from my uterus, they did an emergency c- section and the baby survived (thank god). He was 2 pounds and 9 oz. Well.... after 5 days in the NICU he passed because of a blood clot. It has been very hard but my husband and I have stuck together threw this and are taking it day by day. What I want to know is when can I try for another baby???????. I know I had a c - section 2 or 3 weeks ago but im curious. Any body have any knowledge about another baby after a c - section??????.
