My preemie's belly grows after bottle feeding?

She was born at 34wks2days and now after a month I took her to the NICU due to her big belly. She's on IV and tube feeding. It's not NEC according to the doc, but she can't answer now. It's not feeding intolerance either since she can tube feed. I'm so worried. Please help.
