Im 38 weeks pregnant and my baby is small for her age should i be scared?

ima expecting my first chid and she has been diagnois with small gastestional age or SGA and i am terrified she is 4 pound 6 ounces right now and i turn full term on thursday the doctors might decide to induce me as soon as i turn 37 weeks. will my child have to be in the NICU thats my biggest fear i always wanted to take my child home right away im so scared things are going to be wrong with her please help me and give me some advice. i dont want links please i want advice from parents that had baby that were small and what they went through and what happened to them thank you.
