How to raise $6,275.00 in 3 years?

Ok, so I would like to enter Penn Nursing Summer Institute when I get into 11th grade. I am currently going into 9th. I really want to work in the NICU when i get older so this would be a great experience. The only problem is it cost $6,175.00! i mean gosh.. i cant afford that and I dont think that my parents would pay for it. so any advice would be great! Oh and the other 100 is for the application. :)
