You experience with preterm babies born 35-37 weeks?

Im 35 weeks along and my doctor and i both think i may have they baby within the next 2 weeks. how well off are babies born between 35-37 weeks? what kind of nicu time if any? doc didnt seem to be to worried about me having her this early. she's growing well (according to my fundal height) heartbeat is great and she's very active so it seems she's healthy. so whats you experience?
