What's a good gift for the nurses who took care of my baby?

I want to thank the nurses who took care of my baby in the NICU. The problem is, there are so many of them. There are 2 different nurses every day and I don't remember all of their names. Do I just skip a gift and go with a card? Or is there something I could get for the whole team - some food or something? Any ideas are appreciated!
