Breastfeeding- help! decreasing supply and baby in the NICU?

Please help me figure out where I went wrong and what to do from here.I had my daughter on Friday 5/13 at only 30 weeks.24 hours after I had her a LC started me on a pump.It was going fine and by Tuesday I was pumping 2+ oz,a proud moment for me.It continued to go well,I was pumpin 4-5 times a day to ease my sore nipples into it.Well Thursday and Friday my Mom and Sister where here and we literally running all day and I only got a chance to pump once.In fact,Thursday by the time I got around to pumping I saturated by dress as I set up the pump,I had so much milk.Well Saturday I saw a hug drop in my output.I only got about an oz the first 2 times, then 3/4 an oz and now I am lucky to get 1/2 oz! I can literally watch the output decreasing to nothing. Im scared. My baby is in the NICU and needs my milk. They are upping her input as my output is going down.I have two Medela pumps and when I pump I put it up to high and it just doesnt feel the same on the breast. Is it because they are empty? I dont feel the suction like I used to.Thought it was the pump or even the flange size so I tried both pumps and both flange sizes.Nothing is helping. My LC is not in today, what can I do? Im trying to pump more often to build the supply back up but Im only getting milk for the first 5 minutes. Then nothing.Im considering buying fenugreek today as I heard it helps.Im afraid that by tomorrow when the LC is in it will be too late!
