How long is breast milk good at room temp. after its been in the fridge for a few days?

I'm having to exclusively pump (my daughter was in the nicu for 10 days and came home friday, she isn't latching yet) I have breastmilk in the fridge that needs to be used, how long is it good after I take it out of the fridge?
