I need a phone that is small and slides and has a qwerty keyboard (From Verizon's)?

So basically i need a new phone that is square shaped (not rectangular) before it slides open. I don't want the phone to be rectangular because then the keyboard is really long and big and it's more uncomfortable to text. Basically I want a phone like the UT Starcom Blitz, but that phone got discontinued, i already have the nokia twist phone but i don't like it. The phone doesn't have to take videos but it does have to take pictures.
