If my baby was born now would problems would he face?

Well I am just asking this out of curiosity. Of course i would want him to be born near around his due date so please don't get the wrong idea as some people have done in the past when i asked a similar question. Anyway i am 34 weeks, 35 on Wednesday. I have a healthy growing, baby boy baking inside and just wondering what health/disability problems if any would he be likely to face if born now or at 35 weeks gestation. If he was to go into hospital nicu care, how long would he have to stay there for, if everything else was normal?
