Is the LG vu plus a good phone?

I have the choice to get any phone I want just not ridiculously high and not a smartphone. I have to have a phone that is with Att. I looked on their website and saw the LG Vu plus. I want to know if it is a good phone. If you dont think its a good phone what touchscreen, qwerty keyboard phone should I get.
