Question about applying for AMC Theaters?

I applied (online) for a job at AMC Movie Theaters and was wondering some basic things. One, is how long it might take for them to call me back, especially since it was online and not in person like I prefer (I'm 16 by the way). But I have also heard that for their online applications, AMC rates your personality/fillins in 3 groups like Green/yellow/red (green - good, yellow - ok, red - NO) but, how do i find out which one I have gotten? thank you
