What's a good phone to buy?

OK, so my phone recently broke :( I'm a 14 year old girl who is obsessed with texting so of course I will be getting unlimited on my new phone. I need a new phone, somewhat cheap(like under 150 bucks), I would like a full QWERTY keyboard(That slides out, not on the screen) and I would REALLY REALLY like a touchscreen. :) The problem is that my parents will not, ABSOLUTELY will not let me buy a contract phone UNLESS I have at least half of the contract money in hand. (So pretty much half of the bills need to be paid for.) They want me to own a pre-paid type of phone :( I honestly don't mind the prepaid, but i just want it to be touchscreen and have the QWERTY keypad. I was looking at the Pantech Laser, but the prepaid is $250 bucks but that is the phone I really wanted! Is that a good phone to buy? If so, is there somewhere you know of that I can get a cheaper one? If not, what's a good phone to buy that has all or at least some of these qualities?
