Would my baby be okay is born at 35 weeks?

I am considered a very high risk pregnancy due to history with severe preaclampsia with my first child. He was born 3 months early and was in the NICU for about 3 months. He is totally fine now but Im worried about my baby this go around. My son had some breathing problems from being a preemie but nothing else is wrong. I am now 30 weeks along and having more problems. I have to to neurology every few weeks cause they also told me I am having kidney problems and that I will have to deliver her early if things keep getting worse and they are. At the same time, she has been doing good with weight and growth but my obgyn has told me I have signs of going in to preterm labor and has put me on bed rest. I am wanting to know if she was born at 35-36 weeks would she be alright and able to leave when I do or would she have to be in the NICU like my son was?
